Bug Description
CC13/Contrail 5.0.1 setup with Intel X710 Fortville NICs.
Ater applying the fix to add additional command line arguments described in
CC13: support configuration of additional DPDK vrouter command line args
https:/
the vrouter comes up with the additional command line arguments.
However, when the server is rebooted, the command line arguments are not applied anymore.
