Bug Description

OS: Ubuntu MATE 18.04.1 Bionic

When I access the "Users and Groups" GUI it correctly shows two users: Guest and <me>

However, the login manager is presenting three login options: Guest, <me>, and Libvert-Qemu.

In /etc/passwd, the user libvert-qemu entry is:

libvirt-qemu:x:64055:132:Libvirt Qemu,,,:/var/lib/libvirt:/usr/sbin/nologin

this system user should not appear in the normal login manager.

The UID is too large - should be less than 1000 for a system account. Assigning to QEMU - but may also be an accountservice issue
