Bug Description
This is with MAAS 2.5.1-7489-
Without RBAC, if an admin looks at the storage tab for a deployed machine,
he sees a notice that the storage configuration cannot be modified unless the machine is Ready or Allocated.
With RBAC, a user that has the Admin role for the pool the machine belongs to, doesn't see that notice, even though he has permission to modify the storage configuration in the Ready state.
