gdisk missing from overcloud images

Bug Description

In previous releases of tripleo, we had included gdisk in the overcloud images (via ceph packages). Users found this useful to clear out the disk info when dealing with ceph. It has been requested that we add it back to the overcloud image.

Add gdisk to overcloud image

    Operators found it useful to use gdisk to clear disks for ceph rather
    than the cleaning in ironic in some cases. This change adds it back to
    the overcloud images.
