Bug Description
As a gnome program, exaile should use the gnome-vfs infrastructure to open/play files. Currently it's not possible to open files from urls like smb://...

As gst-plugins-base already contains gnomevfssrc I'm guessing that Exaile only allows http URIs, which shouldn't be difficult to fix.
By the way, Exaile is not a GNOME program.
