Angular: a few dialogs have misleading comments about their purpose

Bug Description

A super-small thing: the following two files have a comment reading "Dialog for marking items missing.", even though that is not their purpose.

* Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/share/holdings/delete-volcopy-dialog.component.ts
* Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/share/holdings/replace-barcode-dialog.component.ts
