data type error for revalidator/handler threads in heat templates

Bug Description

Data type of OvsRevalidatorCores and OvsHandlerCores are set to number. This throws following error while deploying via TrileO director.

"Error: Parameter value failed on Vs_config[other_config:n-revalidator-threads]: Invalid external_ids 1. Requires a String, not a Fixnum at /etc/puppet/modules/vswitc
h/manifests/dpdk.pp:148",

This needs to be changed to string.

Change datatype of revalidator,handler threads

    Currently these parameters are number type.
    They fail string validation at vs_config.
    Default set to none to retain current behavior.
