Issue to note in amd64 (aws):
  tsc - failed on c5.metal only (bug 1851607)
  ubuntu_kernel_selftests - memory-hotplug failed on some instances (bug 1862312)
  ubuntu_kvm_unti_tests - 2 failures in apic (bug 1853433) vmx (bug 1821394) 1 failure in vmx_apic_passthrough_thread (bug 1822309) vmx_hlt_with_rvi_test (bug 1822308) on c5.metal, i3.metal, r5.metal
  ubuntu_ltp_syscalls - move_pages12 on some instances (bug 1831043) pkey01 on some instances (c5.metal) (bug 1849093) quotactl04 (bug 1854153) statx05 (bug 1798524)
  ubuntu_lxc - unable to fetch GPG key, failed on i3.metal only passed on the rest
