Bug Description

**Bug Report**

When using Kolla Ansible Mariadb Galera, Mariadb will be installed in each controller. The Mysqld Exporter in each controller should be point to Mariadb in itself, instead pointing to VIP. With these scenario, we can gather metric from each Mariadb independently.

Nope, it is part of Prometheus, but what I mean is Mysqld Exporter. In Kolla Ansible it's called as prometheus-mysqld-exporter.
