Untracked files in config-download-latest directory

Bug Description

Deploying an overcloud from master, it seems we have three untracked files in the config-download directory.

This would be useful if they were committed as well so an operator can keep track of the changes made on it, specially overcloud.json which contains Ansible group vars.

The 3 files are added to the config-download directory after the downloaded configs files are added and commited[1] to the repo
