Accepted wireless-regdb into groovy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wireless-regdb/2020.11.20-0ubuntu1~20.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Tested on x/b/f/g:

1. Install package from -proposed.
2. Reload the regdb or reboot, depending on kernel/iw versions.
3. Query current reg domain.
4. Change to a different reg domain.
5. Query again to confirm the reg domain has changed.
6. Check kernel/crda logs for errors.

Testing passed in all cases with no errors in the logs.

Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.
