Advanced Rubble makes Engineers get stuck in WF unit bays, preventing unit production until the Engineer is killed

Unfortunately, this logic isn't very flexible, and it was created to do exactly one and only one thing: trenches. Because of that, and despite an update to it, it can have issues with anything but regular trench buildings.
