Hi,
A small mouse cursor is left on the desktop after login screen to a fractionally scaled desktop.

Thank you for your bug report, the ubuntu bug informations suggest you are using Cinnamon as a desktop. Do you get the same issue on an Ubuntu session? Could you add your 'journalctl -b 0' log?
