Bug Description

Evergreen 3.8.0

In the Course Users tab within a course the Role dropdown menu doesn't drop down when you click on the field or the arrows on the right. If you type a letter that occurs in one of the roles (like "t") into the field the list appears.

Drop down menu now drops down as expected.
