Bug Description

In https://maas.io/docs/how-to-install-maas#heading--about-installing-maas
After the '$ sudo maas-test-db.psql' example command line, another example command is 'sudo maas init region+rack --database-uri maas-test-db:-#,' but the syntax at the end is incorrect. The database uri must be 'maas-test-db:///' instead of dash, hash, comma.

Also, a step here is missing. After testing with 'maas-test-db.psql', and additional install command 'snap install maas' is necessary (because the maas package is not yet installed).

This is not actually an issue. The section just before the "initialize for a test or POC" section instructs the user to install the MAAS snap. The first instruction in the section in question calls for the user to do a maas command which will fail if MAAS has not been installed. Rejecting this bug as invalid.

Shouldn't install instructions be in order?

i'm not clear on how this is out of order. Install instructions come
first, then the init for the test/POC database. what did i miss?
