Bug Description
In the Bootstrap opac (3.9.0) records that display an electronic link display the previous and next buttons below the electronic link row oddly.
Pages with electronic links display these buttons on the right-hand side of the screen and the previous button displays larger than the next button.
See attached images. Occurs both in Chrome and Firefox.

I can confirm this on our 3.9 test server but only when a record has both links and physical items attached.
The buttons and bars displays as expected when there's only physical items or only electronic links.
