Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

The attached logs are not too helpful to understand what happened in your system, what we can get is this:

dpkg: error processing package libsnmp-base (--configure):
 package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should
 reinstall it before attempting configuration

Did you try to reinstall libsnmp-base as suggested by any chance? If you do so and the problem persist, please share more log info with us and we can take a look again.

Setting this bug to Incomplete since this cannot be verified. Once more info is provided please set it back to New.
