Bug Description
Min,Max and Close Button Are Missing, enabled on other Apps, The Mouse Settings Windows Goes under Panel and Isnt Resizable so that it fits the screen.
The Mouse Settings Window Doesnt Fit well, it lacks the window management control of min,max and close plus goes under the panel in familiar view, also its not resizable so that it doesnt go under the panel.
The Min,Max and Close Appears in all other Apps though...
