I download the file but it downloads a notes format (text) and it is not

Bug Description

1. Download the ready to use sikulixide-2.0.5.jar (SikuliX IDE for all systems
2. windows 10 .64 bits
3. no puedo descargar el programa, me lo descarga en block de notas
4. No lo puedo descrgar el el archivo de programa, me lo deja descargar en cualquier otra carpeta, en block de notas, me pide autorizacion del desarrollador

intente muchas veces, incluso con asistencia de IA ( soy principiante)

lo hice, muchas v3eces, cambie los destinos de los directorios intentando .. ne todos me los descargo como archivo de texto no ejecutables
