Bug Description
Evergreen 3.11ish
On a community test server running what was most recent during the May 2023 Feedback Fest, the Statistical Categories Editor has been split into two - Item Statistical Categories Editor and Patron Statistical Categories Editor. Both editors are still listed on the Local Administration menu where the original Statistical Categories Editor was. (The rest of the menu is in alphabetical order.)
The menu items should be updated to "Statistical Categories Editor - Item" and "Statistical Categories Editor - Patron" if we want them to remain where they are. Otherwise, they should be adjusted so they fall alphabetically in the Local Administration menu like the other menu entries.
As well, the page header in the actual editors should match the menu entry. (Page headers are currently Item Statistical Category Configuration and Patron Statistical Category Configuration).
