Bug Description

Most of the cs9 wallaby non-ovb jobs[1] are failing with retry limit and each of them have following error[2]

"it seems cdn 77 again having issues on their edge/cache nodes .. I call their api to purge all files from everywhere but we can't have details/logs about it so we just hope it's clearly processed everywhere .."

It's working fine now.
