Bug Description
When running updater the window text changed to gibberish as in the screenshots. This is Ubuntu 23.10 in a Virtual machine. I don't know if it affected anything at this time.

unable to fix using Language appelet it is set to English Canada, seems to be system wide, yet Control centre is in English
