Bug Description
So far most of my snap recipes are working as expected and select core22 ( Jammy ) as the series correctly. However my recipe for digikam completely ignores the infer from snapcraft.yaml and selects xenial as the base where it fails miserably.

The only thing that is different from the rest of our snaps is digikam source points to invent.kde.org instead of our github mirror as digikam disabled their mirror.
Any ideas? Why is Jammy not an option on the series list?
