Long running AArch64 builds fail without log

Bug Description

This whole week I have unfortunately had no success building the AArch64 stable[1] release of Chromium.

The build attempts either fail without logs, and I'm starting to see a pattern of about 17.5 h build time in this case, or fail as in LP:2024181.

Talking with William, that's an issue the launchpad team is aware of, the changes proposed there should make the situation better

Indeed it was an outage we were aware of and should be fixed now. I'll set the status to "Fixed", let us know if it isn't so that we can look into it further.
