Bug Description

In the Marc Search tab of the staff catalog, the add_circle_outline and remove_circle_outline icons next to the search inputs need text alternatives. This is another iteration of bug 2002363; we just overlooked this tab.

In the staff catalog > MARC Search tab, you can right-click the plus and minus icons next to the value input and inspect the accessibility properties. The Accessible Name should be "Add Search Row" and "Remove Search Row", whereas before they were "add_circle_outline" and "remove_circle_outline".
