rhythmbox crashed with SIGSEGV in pa_stream_write()

It crashed after play, pause, then play again. After attempting to close it it crashed. Using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron Amd64 with latest updates. rhythmbox version 0.11.5-0ubuntu1.
