Bug Description

Stroke-to-path distorts the inner circle of the object in the attached file.

Using Inkscape built from SVN revision 18437. This is a regression, as it works in 0.46.

Confirmed on latest SVN trunk. Very weird!!

Milestoning for 0.47 as this shouldn't even get into the 0.46 code base to need fixing for 0.46, and if it does, we'll know pretty soon which patch caused it.

Testing with revision 18450, I find that setting allowrelativecoordinates="0" in preferences.xml stops the problem occurring. So it appears to be a problem with relative coordinates, and therefore I'm assigning the bug to Jaspervdg.

As far as I can tell it wasn't so much the relative coordinates that were the problem, but rather a bug with parsing exponents. Now fixed in SVN.
