Work off line is on every time I open fire fox

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Work off line (in the file menu) seems to be the default. I have to turn it off every time I log on. I've gone through preferences to see if I can turn it off but i can't see how.

How do I change that setting?

I'm seeing the same thing. Might be a dupe of bug #191889, which suggests this to be a network-manager issue rather than firefox. I noticed n-m was showing my network as off.
