Bug Description
First attempt at finding the PPA delete packages option took me forever. There is no obvious reason why it's where it is and I had to search the entire window several times before I found it.
Wouldn't it be nice if there were a dedicated spot in the window where I could always look to take actions?

Fixed as part of the new PPA pages design. Global page actions are always in the top right of the page now.
