Bug Description
The bug report beggar, which reads,
"This site is running pre-release code. Please report all bugs"
overruns it's space, rendering part of the white text on white background.
Presumably because the text is scalable, as it _should_ be,
and the background is not scalable, as it should not be.

This is not a bug with the Ubuntu distribution but rather a bug in Launchpad.
