Bug Description
All the widgets styles informations are stored in a styles.conf file. If a designer (or developer) wants to update that file, he needs to restart elisa to see the changes applied. It would be nice (and make us loose less time) if the styles.conf file was monitored (on linux via inotify for instance) and the UI refreshed each time the file is modified.
