Bug Description

Tested with:
Ubuntu 8.04.1 amd64 with kubuntu-kde4-desktop installed

To reproduce bug:
1. In konqueror, right click and click Create New->Text FIle
2. Open the text file in Kate and write anything into it.
3. Save and close the file.
