Empty mailing list archive strange view

Bug Description

If you click the mailing list archive link for a group and the archive is empty it looks like you get some directory view instead of the mailing list archive index. One example can be seen in: http://lists.launchpad.net/munepy/

No, unfortunately not. But just a new team and add a mailing list. That
way you can see.

One idea is to display the "Mailing list archive" link in the Team's overview page only if the mailing list has any archive.

This does not quite help since the problem is what is displayed when the
mailing list is empty.
