dbus rescan does not delete files

Bug Description
The mediascanner does not mark the files as "deleted" again when rescanning a source.
Steps to reproduce:
- let the media scanner scan some files and wait until it is done
- remove one of the files
- trigger a rescan over the dbus API
- wait for the rescan to finish
Expected result:
- the file does not show up in the database anymore
Current result:
- even though the rescan is done after the file was removed it is still shown

The removed music file is not displayed in next scan. The bug fix is verified on all three OS.
