adobi flash for 64b / 8.10 not available for download

Bug Description

Sometimes the flash files won't play and I get prompted to install newest adobi flash player. go to adobi and can't find version for 64 bit arc.
Any idea what to do? Did the whole multimedia thing and have all current updates.
This only occurs on some sites, Sorry I don't have a example web site at this time.
