Bug Description
The open dialog shows folders with upper and lower case not together. The folders with upper case come first and the folders with lower case afterward. The attached screenshot shows the following order (not complete): App Aliases, Webbla.app, current. Current should come between App Aliases and Webbla.app.

I can't reproduce it on Ubuntu 9.04, Inkscape rev. 22023 and 0.46.
Do you have the same behavior with other apps (in case it's a GTK or OS issue)?
