Bug Description
When opening .svg file with no content ( filesize == 0 ) a (correct) Error Message ist displayed, but the filename + path is also fogotten.
For Usability reasons it would be nice if the filename would remain, and just a new file would be created.
In my case, most times it's easier just to create a empty file in the Explorer and open it (double click), than open Inkscape and browse to the correct target directory to save the file. Because I allways have a Explorer open in the Project directory.
So I would welcome it, when opening a empty file I get an error, that's okay, but pushing the save Button should not anoye me with questions about filename + path.

Could be convenient indeed!
This feature exists in OpenOffice, but not in Scribus and Gimp.
