Bug Description
Hello, I have a netbook running Ubuntu at 1024x600. Inkscape's UI is not apparently designed for such a small vertical dimensions so big parts of the sidebars and toolkit are always hidden and/or inaccessible, given that they don't roll/scroll/fold.
Moreover the overall minimize, maximize, restore, fullscreen window management flow is completely broken as the app maximized incorrectly leaving parts of the desktop open and in fullscreen makes the title bar invisible, literally, but everything else stays in place.
I tried to check the keep icons small option but no luck. As a hack, making the icons and widget text size smaller would work but the solution is really scrollable/foldable containers to reduce UI clutter and enable a set to panels to coexists peacefully at the same depth level.
This my $2e-02 and any help would be much appreciated.
Downloaded the latest version 0.46 and it seems that the wish for scrollable panes is already there! =))
Yet the window sizing (including docked panels) problems persist. I have to use alt+drag to see the status bar of the window.
