Binary package hint: evince
It could be an amazing feature to have the possibility to create note (like post it) for each page of a document, it would enhance the use of pdf.
I don't know "how to", maybe not direct in the file, but something as a cache or a db, or maybe a file with the same name and with .evnote as an extention... Could be great to share things and thougth...
Of course active url and things like bold/italic/strike etc... would be much more confortable, but at least a simple editor page per page would be really awsome...
