Bug Description
It would be nice to be able to click on irc:// links and have them magically open in tekka.
We would probably need a small helper program that parses these links for this. It could either simply connect to the specified server and join the channel(s) (would work in all clients) or pop up a dialog in tekka with pre-filled values (tekka-specific, but probably preferable).
