Buildd history page doesn't provide a text alternative to succceed/fail images.

Bug Description

If you browse a page like launchpad.net/+builds/artigas/+history with no CSS and no images (my standard approach via my phone's browser) there is no indication of a build's success or failure. if alternative text were provided it would both work better for my situation and be more accessible for the visually impaired.

I see now it's there, but not displayed. I need to look into this some more.

You're quite correct. The images have title= set (which phone browsers rarely present), but are missing alt=.

This looks fixed now, I see alt="[FULLYBUILT]" for example
