Right menu in Launchpad

Bug Description
When I login in Launchpad, the menu that appear when I click on "Set prefered languages" item, disappear in the follow sections:
- Change details
- Change branding
- Change e-mail settings
- Change your password
- Update SSH keys
- Update OpenPGP keys
- Set location and time zone
- Show karma summary
- List assigned packages
- List related projects
The menu shouldn't be shown in every sections listed above?
