Bug Description

The "listing files" progress indicator correctly uses a present participle to indicate that the task is happening now. But most other indicators in bzr do not: "copy" should be "copying", "weave" should be "weaving", and so on.

Confirmed; this should go into the developer guidelines and the api documentation for bzrlib.progress

Also there are some cases where there's trailing punctuation in the message and there should not be.

As far as trailing punctuation goes, perhaps the test suite could install a DisallowTrailingPunctuationUIFactory by default (rather than the current default of SilentUIFactory)?

It might, though there may be so few it's easier just to fix them.
The larger problems are in tense and style which are harder to catch.
