Bug Description
When clicking on EDIT or DELETE JOURNALS nothing appears, as if there are no Journals at all

The journal posting system is designed to provide a review opportunity. During that review, the journals can be edited or deleted. Once you're satisfied with the journal, you post it to the ledger, and it becomes permanent.
If you want to correct something after that, just write a reversing journal
