+addrelease no longer allows setting the codename for the release

The newest release does not have a code name like the others, and the person registering the release could not find where to set the codename. I couldn't find it either.

The code name is on the milestone. This will be obvious when Edwin lands his fix for bug 340934 [Can't register a release] and the unified milestone-release page lands next week.
