Bug Description

Not 100% sure which package to attach this to. I might actually want a package called ubiquity

the pxelinux.0 here (and in the netboot.tar.gz) is PXELINUX 3.63 Debian-2008-07-15
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/jaunty/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/

I've talked to people knowledgeable with PXELINUX and was informed that 3.70 or better is required to load pxelinux.cfg file etc over http.

I attempted with PXELINUX 3.75 version of pxelinux.0 and vesamenu.c32 and was able to see the menu and select the install option but the newer PXELINUX seems to treat includes a bit differently. In the configuration files for the menus, there seems to be cyclical includes, that seems to be result of design differences between the vanilla 3.75 and the debian 3.63 versions.
