bzr diff option to show renames as add and delete

Bug Description
This relates to "bzr diff" between trees where some files have been both renamed and modified.
Normally bzr diff shows just the change in the text of the file. This is the most useful form for human review.
However, this output can't be just piped into patch, because it doesn't understand our markers for renamed files, and never renames files. If the files/directories are renamed first by a script or by hand patch will be OK.
It would be nice if there were a diff option to show renames as add/delete pairs, suitable for patch.
