Bug Description
The product-index and project-index pages have registrant info in the content because tests require this
information. The information should be supplied by the header.

This issue is large than I anticiplated and cannot work on it right now. The recommend way to make this work is to introduce IRegistration to the content objects. I defines a registrant and a date_created. This requires a lot of updates to object. If this information is only needed on an index page, I would create a simple slot instead.
