Bug Description
At the moment, we are stripping the leading "The" in artist names like e.g. "The Beatles", causing it to appear under "B" in the list of artists. This should be extended to support a user-customizable list.
Also, maybe if no special user customization has been performed yet, exaile could pre-select some strings based on the locale.
