Bug Description

http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/bzr.dev/en/release-notes/NEWS.html#bzr-1-18 and https://launchpad.net/bzr/1.18/ state that there is a 1.18 release, but the front page still announces 1.18rc1 and 1.17 as current.
